We do our best to provide the best experience possible. There are times when your order may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
- If an item is not in stock at our store, it may be dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- If we can't provide the item(s) to you in a timely manner, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.
- Whenever possible, we are happy to exchange your item for the correct size or fit.
- We take returns, as long as the item has not been worn beyond trying it on and the packaging is in new condition.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or otherwise share your information with others, except to parties necessary to fulfill your order, ie UPS or US Postal Service. As part of the ordering process we do need to collect your name, shipping/billing address, email address, phone number and payment information. You may at times receive promotional emails, though we don't make a habit of doing that.
